Naomi is a Senior Associate in McKays Commercial and Estate Planning, Administration and Litigation Team.
Naomi works with a wide range of individual and corporate clients, ensuring their legal needs are met in a variety of matters. Naomi is highly motivated and is committed to providing practical advice and exceptional service to her clients.
Mackay born and bred, Naomi grew up on a cattle and cane property in the region. Naomi graduated from James Cook University, Townsville with a Bachelor of Laws and Australian National University with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in July 2015. After gaining a broad range of experience and working as a Solicitor in Townsville and the Gold Coast for a number of years, Naomi returned to Mackay and joined the McKays team in 2017.
Naomi is passionate about Mackay and giving back to the community. Naomi currently sits on the board of the Resources Centre of Excellence, an organisation which provides world-class facilities for all things relating to resource development, with an underground mine simulated training and testing facility, emerging technology capabilities, quality training and conference facilities.
Naomi is also the President of Young Professionals Mackay, is actively involved with the Mackay Chamber of Commerce and supports a number of other local charities and organisations.
